Package with Round Trip Economy Airfare Included (Connections required - available with 10 passengers or more from same airport; anticipated departure airport Atlanta International Airport - this is currently based on estimated airfare until confirmation of airport/flights)

Single Occupancy: $7645.00 per person
**Please note that the group airfare is for an economy seat, that is not eligible for seat selection, seating upgrade nor online check-in.**

If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.

If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.

June 9 - Overnight transatlantic flight to Prague - meals onboard

June 10 - Arrive in the magical city of Prague, greeted by your English-speaking Tour Manager and private coach. Begin your adventure with a panoramic city tour featuring Charles Bridge and the Old Town, followed by a Prague by Night Dinner Cruise on the Vltava River with live music, buffet dinner, and stunning views. Check into your 5-star hotel for your two-night stay.

June 11 - During your morning guided tour you will explore the majestic Prague Castle, including St. Vitus Cathedral and Golden Lane. Enjoy free time in the afternoon. In the evening, attend your first student performance.

June 12 - Depart Prague, stopping in Brno for lunch at leisure. Visit the elegant Lednice Castle and its gardens before arriving in Vienna. Check in at your 4-star hotel for two nights.

June 13 - Tour the stunning Belvedere Palace with access to Upper and Lower galleries. Later, enjoy a sightseeing tram tour and unwind with coffee and Sacher Torte at a traditional Viennese café..

June 14 - Travel west with a guided visit to Stift Melk Abbey and a scenic drive to Hallstatt, Austria’s fairy tale lake village. Soak in panoramic views from the Hallstatt Skywalk before arriving in Salzburg and checking into your 4 star hotel for a 2 night stay. Group lunch included

June 15 - Take a guided walking tour through Salzburg’s baroque old town with a local guide. The afternoon is free to relax or explore — enjoying a visit up to the fortress or wander through the Mirabell Gardens - maybe even sing a little do-re-mi.

June 16 - Head to Innsbruck with a dazzling stop at Swarovski Kristallwelten. After free time, enjoy a three-course dinner before attending a student performance in Westendorf.

June 17 - Visit the fairy tale Neuschwanstein Castle, reached by horse-drawn carriage and a short walk. Return to Innsbruck and freshen up before going to hear the final student concert of your tour in Mayrhofen. Afterwards return to Innsbruck pack your bags, your souvenirs and all those happy memories for an early morning departure from Munich airport.

June 18 - Motor coach transfer to Munich airport for transatlantic flight home!

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.

Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $211 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $636 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
