**Please note that the group airfare is for an economy seat, that is not eligible for seat selection, seating upgrade nor online check-in.**
***Due to the World Cup, current airfare is an estimate based on the flights we would like to reserve, but cannot be booked until we are sure the tour will run (January of 2026) - we will confirm the final pricing as soon as we can.***

Double Occupancy: $4489.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $5899.00 per person

If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.

If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.

July 21
Transatlantic overnight flight - dinner and breakfast served on board

July 22
Arrive in Ljubljana and enjoy a panoramic coach tour en route to hotel your four star hotel in Ljubljana for a 3 night stay
Enjoy a group Welcome Dinner at hotel before heading off to get some much needed sleep

July 23
Breakfast in the hotel before heading out as a group to explore the cliff-side Predjama Castle and then on to experience the underground train and descend into the Postojna Caves. Return to Ljubljiana for remainder of day on own.

July 24
Start your day at your own pace and enjoy a free day in Ljubljana -after breakfast perhaps visit the castle, cafés, or markets as your time and energy allows. Freshen up in hotel before boarding the motor coach to experience the student performance in the Ljubljana region

July 25
Breakfast in the hotel and then we check out of hotel and travel through Slovenia on our way to Salzburg. A scenic stop at Lake Bled en route will provide magical views of one of the most recognizable sites in this part of Slovenia. Arrive into Salzburg and check into our next 4 start hotel for another 3 night stay. Freshen up and head out to dine on a delicious 3-course meal and attend a professional classical concert in the amazing Salzburg fortress!

July 26
Breakfast in the hotel and then we are off on the Secret Salzburg Walking Tour with local guide. Full of insider knowledge head off to enjoy lunch and free time before transferring to Bad Reichenhall, Germany. In less than 30 minutes we will be in Germany and have the opportunity to hear the student concert in the charming town of Bad Reichenhall.

July 27
Breakfast in the hotel and then walk over to visit the lovely Mirabell Caslte and Gardens - site of some of the most iconic scenes in The Sound of Music. Continue strolling through the historic streets of Salzburg, perhaps make a stop at Mozart's Birth House (Admission required). Later we will take in a brewery tour and tasting at one of Austria's oldest breweries. Rest of evening on own.

July 28
Breakfast in hotel and then Check out of hotel and say "so long, farewell" to Salzburg. Head out for the guided visit to Berchtesgaden Salt Mine before continuing on to Westendorf, Austria. Free time and dinner on own in this Alpine town that your students will be calling "home" for a few days as well. After dinner, attend the Student Concert before transferring to Innsbruck for our final 2 night 4 star hotel stay.
July 29
Breakfast in hotel followed by a guided walking tour of Innsbruck. Free afternoon to explore Innsbruck shops and eateries , or take a ride up on the Hungerburg Funicular for stunning alpine views. Tonight we will have our farewell group dinner at a traditional Tirolean restaurant

July 30
Transfer to airport
Transatlantic flight back to the US

Welcome home!!

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.

Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $165 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $485 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
