Hopfgarten im Brixtental, Dinkelsbühl, Heidelberg, Strasbourg

All pricing information is based off of 25 paying participants++ see note below ++
Package with Round Trip Economy Airfare Included (Connections required - available with 10 passengers or more from same airport; anticipated departure airport Newark International or JFK - TBD)
Double Occupancy: $5775.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $6885.00 per person
**Please note that the group airfare is for an economy seat, that is not eligible for seat selection, seating upgrade nor online check-in.**
***Due to the World Cup, current airfare is an estimate based on the flights we would like to reserve, but cannot be booked until we are sure the tour will run (January of 2026) - we will confirm the final pricing as soon as we can.***
Package with No Airfare Included
Double Occupancy: $4175.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $5285.00 per person
If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.
If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.
July 6 - Overnight Transatlantic Flights to Munich (meals on board)
July 7 - Upon arrival into Munich International Airport begin with an exploration of downtown Munich and lunch before heading off to Austria. Check in for your three night stay at in a 4 star hotel in Hopfgarten im Brixtental, Austria. A 3 course welcome dinner and attend your first student concert in Westendorf caps off your first full day in Europe.
July 8 - Morning at leisure, then an afternoon brewery tour with beer tasting in Zell am Ziller. Dinner on own and attend second student concert in Mayrhofen or similar town in the Zillertal region.
July 9 - Day to explore your alpine village! Ascend 1,200m by cable car to the summit of Hohe Salve, with time to hike, relax, or enjoy the panoramic views.
July 10 - Scenic drive via Augsburg to the fairy tale medieval town of Dinkelsbühl along the Romantic Road of Germany. Upon arrival into Dinkelsbühl check in for your two night stay at your next 4-Star hotel.
July 11 - Stroll Dinkelsbühl's cobbled streets with a guided walking tour, followed by leisure time and your third student concert in the evening.
July 12 - Head off to France with a stop along the way to immerse yourself in the history of Heidelberg Castle, then continue across the border to Strasbourg, France and check in to your final 4 star hotel for a 3 night stay.
July 13 - Morning guided walking tour and scenic boat cruise through Strasbourg’s canals. Free time in the afternoon to explore the town. This evening you will attend your final student concert in Scherwiller.
July 14 - Spend your final day with an Alsace Wine Route experience - including both a gingerbread tasting and a wine tour and tasting before closing out the night with a farewell 3-course dinner.
July 15 - Transfer to the airport with a suitcase full of souvenirs and a memories to last a lifetime! Transatlantic flight back to US - anticipated airport EWR/JFK (TBD)
Welcome home!!
This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.
Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $175 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $515 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
