Package with Round Trip Economy Airfare Included (Connections required - available with 10 passengers or more from same airport; anticipated departure airport Newark International or JFK - TBD)
Double Occupancy: $6149.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $6989.00 per person
**Please note that the group airfare is for an economy seat, that is not eligible for seat selection, seating upgrade nor online check-in.**
***Due to the World Cup, current airfare is an estimate based on the flights we would like to reserve, but cannot be booked until we are sure the tour will run (January of 2026) - we will confirm the final pricing as soon as we can.***
Package with No Airfare Included
Double Occupancy: $4549.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $5839.00 per person
If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.
If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.
June 27 - Overnight transatlantic flight to Munich (meals on board)
June 28 - Upon arrival in Munich meet your European Tour Manager and begin your adventure! Transfer via motor coach to Innsbruck and check into your first 4-Star hotel for a 3 night stay. Welcome dinner this evening
June 29 - Discover the world-famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, then unwind back in Innsbruck with a local beer tasting experience at a traditional venue like Tribaun.
June 30 - Visit the Renaissance Schloss Ambras, followed by an afternoon in the Tirolean village of Westendorf. Attend the student concert performance at the Alpenrosensaal, and then return to your hotel.
July 1 - Travel to Neuschwanstein Castle and explore the splendor of King Ludwig II's magical castle. After marveling at this iconic sight, continue north with a stop in Ulm en route to Würzburg for a two night stay in a 4 star hotel in this colorful town.
July 2 - Step into a storybook with a guided walking tour of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, a visit to the German Christmas Museum, and the second concert of your tour in the historic town square.
July 3 - Traveling on to Antwerp with a stop along the way. Ride the Heidelberg funicular to explore its grand castle and Pharmacy Museum. Enjoy free time in Cologne before arriving in Antwerp for a 3-night stay in your final 4 star hotel.
July 4 - Explore the delights of Belgium. Savor sweet moments at Choco-Story, including praline-making and tastings, then see Bruges from the water on a 30-minute canal cruise through this picture-perfect city.
July 5 - On your last full day in Europe , visit The Hague’s Mauritshuis Museum, home to Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring. Then head to Delft for a tour and plate painting workshop at the Royal Delft Museum. Close out the day with our farewell 3-course dinner and attending the student concert in Rotterdam. Return to your hotel to pack up your suitcase and souvenirs!
July 6 - Transfer to the airport with full luggage and memories to last a lifetime!

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.
Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $218 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $665 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
