**Please note that the group airfare is for an economy seat, that is not eligible for seat selection, seating upgrade nor online check-in.**
***Due to the World Cup, current airfare is an estimate based on the flights we would like to reserve, but cannot be booked until we are sure the tour will run (January of 2026) - we will confirm the final pricing as soon as we can.***

Double Occupancy: $4785.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $5845.00 per person

If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.

If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.

July 2 -Overnight Transatlantic flight to Vienna (meals on board)

July 3 - Arrive in Austria’s elegant capital, where your European Tour Manager welcomes you to Europe and the start of your exploration of Austria. Check-in to your first 4-Star hotel of the trip for a three night stay and enjoy a 3 course welcome dinner this evening.

July 4 - Step into royal life at Schönbrunn Palace with an audio-guided tour, then visit the legendary Vienna State Opera. Enjoy a full day exploring Vienna’s baroque beauty before an evening at leisure.

July 5 - Take part in a hands-on Apple Strudel Workshop, then explore masterpieces like Klimt’s The Kiss with combo admission to the Belvedere Palace complex. Return to the hotel for a relaxed evening.

July 6 -Leaving behind Vienna, you will continue on to tour the magnificent Melk Abbey, enjoy a 2-course lunch, and continue to postcard-perfect Hallstatt for panoramic views from the Skywalk. Arrive in charming Kitzbühel check in to your second 4-Star hotel for another 3 nights.

July 7 - A day trip to Salzburg will include the Sound of Music coach tour to see many of the iconic movie locations. Followed by a tour of the history Steigel Brewery including tastings. End the day with a student concert in the Zillertal region and overnight at your Kitzbühel hotel

July 8 - Travel to the Swarovski Kristallwelten Centre and Museum before spending the afternoon exploring the beauty of Westendorf and attending a second student concert in the Alpenrosensaal.

July 9 - Leaving the charm of Kitzbühel behind and heading to the city of Innsbruck, you will attend your third student concert in capital of the Austrian state of Tirol. Learn of the rich history of this city on a guided tour before checking in to your final 4-Star hotel.

July 10 - Drive across the border into Germany to visit the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle, inspiration for the castle in Disney's Sleeping Beauty, including transport up to the forest pathway. Return to Innsbruck for your 3 course farewell dinner and to pack your luggage full of souvenirs!

July 11 - Transfer to Munich airport for flights home complete with a lifetime of memories!

Welcome Home!

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.

Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $195 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $610 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
