***Due to the World Cup, current airfare is an estimate based on the flights we would like to reserve, but cannot be booked until we are sure the tour will run (January of 2026) - we will confirm the final pricing as soon as we can.***

Double Occupancy: $4069.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $4725.00 per person

If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.

If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.

July 2 - Overnight Transatlantic flight to Brussels (meals onboard)

July 3 - Meet your English-speaking Tour Manager at Brussels Airport and begin your adventure with a scenic canal cruise in Bruges. After a delicious three-course dinner, enjoy a student performance before transferring to your 4-star hotel in Antwerp for a 3 night stay.

July 4 - Take a guided walking tour of Antwerp, visiting the Cathedral of Our Lady and learning about the city's rich heritage. The afternoon is yours to explore local cafes, shops, and city squares at your leisure.

July 5 - Travel to Delft to visit the Royal Delft Museum and join a hands-on plate painting workshop. Continue to The Hague for a self-guided tour of the Mauritshuis Museum, home to masterpieces of the Dutch Golden Age. Return to Antwerp for the night.

July 6 - Depart for Germany with a rest stop in Maastricht before reaching Koblenz. Ride the Rhine Cable Car and visit Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. In the evening, arrive in Mainz and check in to your 4-star hotel for a three night stay.

July 7 - Enjoy a guided walking tour of Mainz, followed by free time and lunch in Eltville. In the afternoon, visit a traditional Rheingau winery for a cellar tour and wine tasting experience.

July 8 - Relax with a one-way Rhine River cruise to Rüdesheim. Spend the afternoon exploring the town before enjoying your second student performance. Return to Mainz by coach.

July 9 - Head to Würzburg for a walking tour and visit the stunning Residenz and Court Gardens. In the evening, enjoy a traditional three-course dinner and check in to your 4-star hotel for your final two nights in Europe.

July 10 - Step back in time with a guided tour of this storybook town, visit the German Christmas Museum, and experience a magical evening concert in the town square. Return to Würzburg.

July 11 - Transfer by coach to Frankfurt Airport, concluding your 9-day cultural journey through Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.

Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $195 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $575 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
