Vienna, Budapest, Maribor, Ljubljana, Hopfgarten im Brixtental, Westendorf

Package with Round Trip Economy Airfare Included (Connections required - available with 10 passengers or more from same airport; anticipated departure airport Newark International or JFK - TBD)
Double Occupancy: $5749.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $6999.00 per person
**Please note that the group airfare is for an economy seat, that is not eligible for seat selection, seating upgrade nor online check-in.**
***Due to the World Cup, current airfare is an estimate based on the flights we would like to reserve, but cannot be booked until we are sure the tour will run (January of 2026) - we will confirm the final pricing as soon as we can.***
Package with No Airfare Included
Double Occupancy: $4149.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $5399.00 per person
If you prefer more flexibility for your flight(s) or live in a location not convenient to the group flight airport, we recommend you choose the No Airfare package and book your own flight. Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.
If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.
July 8 - Overnight Transatlantic flight to Vienna (meals on board)
July 9 - Arrive in Austria’s capital and meet your English-speaking Tour Manager. Enjoy a panoramic city tour and explore the imperial Schönbrunn Palace. End the day with a 3-course welcome dinner and check in to a 4-Star hotel for 2 night stay.
July 10 - Start your morning with a short choir performance at St. Stephen’s Cathedral, then roll up your sleeves for an interactive Apple Strudel Workshop. Spend the afternoon at your leisure—perhaps at a museum, café, or park.
July 11 - Travel through Bratislava with time to explore the Old Town, then continue to Budapest. Cap off the day with an evening concert before settling in for two nights at your Danube-side 4 - Star hotel.
July 12 - Discover Budapest’s highlights on a guided walking tour, then enjoy a Danube River cruise complete with audio guide and refreshments. The evening attend a student concert in a cultural house.
July 13 - Journey to Ljubljana, stopping in Maribor for a guided tour and tasting at one of Europe’s oldest wine cellars. Arrive in Slovenia’s capital and check in to your 4-star hotel, 2 night stay.
July 14 - Take a walking tour of Ljubljana, including iconic sights and the local farmer’s market. After a leisurely afternoon attend student concert and finish the evening with a Slovenian dinner show with traditional music, dance, and cuisine.
July 15 - Stop at Lake Bled to explore its fairy-tale castle before heading into the Austrian Alps. Arrive in Kitzbühel and check in to your cozy alpine hotel for your final two nights in Europe.
July 16 - Ascend the Hohe Salve by cable car for panoramic mountain views and hiking opportunities. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring the charm of the Austrian Apls and then attend your final concert in Westendorf.
July 17 - Transfer to the airport with your luggage full of souvenirs and memories to last a lifetime. Transatlantic flight back to US.

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.
Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.
++ the tour pricing is based on 25 paying participants, with fewer participants price increase as listed below++
20-25 paying participants increase of $160 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $485 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
