Salzburg, Innsbruck, Padua and Venice
Package with No Airfare Included
Double Occupancy: $4599.00 per person
Single Occupancy: $5739.00 per person
Please also note that any flights booked outside of the tour package are not included in your tour travel protection, should you opt for that, so please be sure to consider what type of additional flight coverage you may feel you need. Details of the group flight will be provided as soon as the group bookings are completed, in order to provide you with as much time as possible to book your own airfare.
If you would like assistance booking your own airfare, we can direct you to our company flight booking agent. There will be a service fee of $75 per ticket for individual bookings and $50 per ticket for any additional family members on the same booking. Same parameters apply with regard to travel insurance for flights booked outside of a tour package.
July 16 - Overnight Transatlantic Flights to Europe - meals onboard
July 17 - Arrive in the enchanting city of Salzburg, where your English-speaking Tour Manager will greet you and escort the group to your 4-star hotel. After check-in and settling in, enjoy a welcome three-course dinner at the hotel. Unwind and begin to get acquainted with fellow travelers in this charming Austrian setting.
July 18 - Step into cinematic history with a 3-hour guided coach tour of Salzburg’s Sound of Music filming locations. In the afternoon, experience Austria’s beer culture with a guided tour and tasting at the Stiegl Brewery. The evening is yours to explore Salzburg at leisure.
July 19 - Discover the playful charm of Hellbrunn Palace, with its famous trick fountains, palace interiors, and folklore museum. In the evening, cross into Bavaria for a student performance in Bad Reichenhall, an unforgettable cultural experience.
July 20 - Travel to Innsbruck via scenic countryside and explore the dazzling Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens. Later, enjoy a guided walking tour of Innsbruck’s Old Town, with its iconic Golden Roof, before checking into your 4-star hotel.
July 21 - Enjoy a fairy tale visit to Neuschwanstein Castle, the all consuming project of King Ludwig II. Later, return for another student concert in Westendorf at the Alpenrosensaal – a magical Tirolean evening!
July 22 - Depart Innsbruck and journey south. Stop in Bolzano for a cultural visit, then on to Bassano del Grappa for the Copper Experience – a guided distillery tour and tasting. Arrive in Padua for a relaxing three-night stay.
July 23 - Board the train to Venice, where your ACTV transport pass lets you explore by vaporetto (water taxi). Enjoy a morning walking tour with a local guide, and then spend the remainder of your day exploring the magic on Venice at your own pace. Return to Padua via train at your leisure.
July 24 - Explore Padua with a guided walking tour, including a visit to the Basilica of St. Anthony. The afternoon is free to relax or shop. In the evening, gather for a three-course farewell dinner, then attend your third student performance in Piazza Todeschini in the nearby spa town of Abano Terme.
July 25 - Transfer to Venice airport, with a lifetime of memories and luggage full of souvenirs! Transatlantic flight back home.

This is an active tour as you explore Europe! Typically we amass 15,000 steps per day - many over ancient, quaint cobblestone streets or sidewalks. Tour participants are also responsible for managing their own luggage to/from bus loading zones into hotels, which can be a 10-15 min walk in some of the small towns.
Please note that this proposed itinerary is subject to change - based on availability at time of booking and the student tour itinerary.

20-25 paying participants increase of $235 per person for the full tour
15-20 paying participants increase of $650 per person for the full tour
The tour will not run with less than 15 paying participants, the decision of if the tour can run will be made the first week of January 2026
